Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

At The Catalyst Center, we understand that exceptional therapy is not “one-size-fits-all.” That’s why we’ve built a team of highly skilled specialists dedicated to providing personalized care in the areas we excel. From trauma-focused approaches to integrative, evidence-based techniques, we tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals.

Therapy at The Catalyst Center is more than just talking—it’s about building a genuine connection that becomes a powerful catalyst for change. Whether you’re seeking support for healing trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, enhancing relationships, or exploring personal growth, our expert team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Our Specialties

Neurodivergence

We believe neurodiversity is a valuable form of human diversity. We take a person-centered approach to assessment and therapy, focusing on what you need to reach your goals, not trying to force you to fit into a model of how you "should" be. We offer assessment and therapy from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective. Our assessments offerings include diagnosing ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning differences, and giftedness...

Trauma Recovery

Having a safe and unbiased environment to be able to process the trauma emotionally is critical. Our trauma specialists make sure that a person feels safe, comfortable, and in control, before we even touch on traumatic experiences. Our team has dedicated years to crafting a cutting-edge approach to trauma recovery. We offer a range of approaches to support our clients as they heal after trauma...

Eating Disorder Recovery

Our eating disorder team is dedicated to inclusive, collaborative, and effective treatment. We believe that full recovery is possible. We do NOT believe that a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach promotes healing or growth. Instead, we treat clients with respect and compassion all the while creating uniquely tailored plans towards each individual’s recovery. We are careful to consider all aspects of your life, not just the most obvious symptoms of an eating disorder. We also believe providing a supportive environment with an integrative approach is critical and without this recovery is next to impossible. Many people, including family members and loved ones, hope for a fairly quick recovery with no setbacks. But we’ve learned that recovery is a journey, with ups and downs. We’re very aware of the reality of eating disorder recovery and are invested in supporting you throughout the process. It takes time, but a healthy relationship with food and your body is very much possible...
