Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a 100% non-invasive, drug-free brain training system that helps the central nervous system (CNS) make the best use of your brain’s natural resources and help you achieve a calmer, more well-balanced state of being. It has no known side effects. We have found Neurofeedback to be very helpful as an adjunct to talk therapy or on its own.

Yoga

Jennifer Kloewer is a certified yoga instructor who specializes in trauma sensitive yoga.

Yoga is a powerful complement to therapy, as it allows us to connect with our bodies in a way that we may not have before, by focusing on our breath. By practicing yoga, we can begin to experience our bodies in the present moment, regulate our nervous system, and shift our perspectives.

Safe and Sound Protocol

Our therapists are trained in using the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to help clients reach a calmer, more well-regulated state.

SSP was developed using the principles of poly-vagal theory and focuses on using sound to help regulate the nervous system.
