Our Current Groups Include:
Therapy Group for New and Expectant Moms
Our beloved therapy group for new and expectant moms group is a weekly donation-based drop-in online group. The group has been led by Catalyst's Perinatal Coordinator, psychologist Dr. Lies van Bekkum continuously since 2016! This is a wonderful place to connect with other new and expectant mamas, get support for the challenges you are facing, and learn from one another. New, veteran, and expectant mothers welcome. Get help navigating the addition of a new baby into the family. Find support, education, mindfulness, and a healthy dose of laughter. Open, ongoing weekly group, call to let us know to expect you...
Parenting with Littles Therapy Group @ Catalyst
Parenting with Littles Therapy Group @ The Catalyst Center is a warm and supportive weekly group for parents with littles (children ages 10 and under) led by Catalyst's Perinatal Coordinator, psychologist Dr. Lies van Bekkum. This group is a great place to start, and can also be a good next step if you feel you've outgrown our New and Expectant Moms Group...
Grief and Loss Therapy and Yoga Group
Our Grief and Loss Yoga and Support Group offers an embodied approach to healing after loss. With a small group and two meetings per week, once for trauma-sensitive yoga and once for a supportive processing group, group members are deeply held during this 8 week process. Psychologist Dr. CJ Clinkscales and Yoga Teacher Jenn Kloewer co-lead this group, offering ample support and structure.
This is an 8-week closed, small group. Times are decided based on the group members availability. Call 720.675.7123 to join a group...
