Here at the Catalyst Center, we are always doing our best to think ahead, with you in mind.  We are keeping up with the CDC recommendations and taking preventative measures to keep you and our staff safe and healthy.  We value mental healthcare and do not want you to miss out on your care due to the Covid-19 situation. To that end we have been offering remote therapy appointments for the last week and are ramping this up to further protect everyone.

We will be completing the switch to remote therapy appointments by the end of this week. All appointments will be remote starting Monday 3/23/2020.

Please communicate with your clinician about how you’d like to proceed with your appointment this week. Some clinicians are already working remotely and some are offering in-person appointments through the end of this week.

We will NOT be scheduling neurofeedback appointments until further notice.

Our groups will all be available via zoom video conference. The group leader will send you a link to join the meeting.

We have made the decision to switch to remote therapy only in the interest of stopping any potential spread of COVID-19. If you have questions or concerns, please contact your clinician.

We are committed to doing everything we can to provide continuous access to mental healthcare to our clients during these trying times. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated.

We will also be updating our blog with activities to do with friends, family or solo and self-care tips during this time if you are interested or needing things to boost morale.

Take good care!
