Jennifer Kloewer
Practice Manager
Neurofeedback Brain Trainer
Registered Yoga Teacher, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher
Everything but therapy
Jenn brings a unique blend of calm, clarity, and creativity to her role at the Catalyst Center. As both a Certified Neurofeedback Trainer and a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Teacher, Jenn supports clients in nervous system support through mind-body approaches that gently restore regulation and resilience. Her passion for yoga began as a personal journey and deepened through training in trauma-sensitive practices, which she now offers to clients seeking nervous system support through movement, breath, and stillness.
Jenn’s yoga offerings are rooted in deep respect for each individual’s pace and process. Whether guiding someone through restorative poses or mindful stillness, she brings warmth, care, and presence to every session. Her work supports clients who are navigating stress and anxiety, trauma, or depression, offering a pathway back to calm and connection.
Beyond her work with clients, Jenn is the organizational heartbeat of the Catalyst Center. She supports the clinical team with everything from thoughtful HR coordination and design work to fixing the printer and keeping daily operations flowing with ease. With a background in education and a love of learning, Jenn thrives in her behind-the-scenes role—always growing, always solving, always supporting. We are so grateful for the steady care she brings to both our clients and our team.
Hear from Jennifer
It’s a privilege to support the incredible team of therapists at the Catalyst Center. I love working behind the scenes—helping create an environment where our clinicians can do their best work and clients can feel truly supported.
In addition to my role as Practice Manager, I offer trauma-sensitive yoga with a focus on embodiment, nervous system support, and deep rest. My path as a yoga teacher is rooted in my own experience of reconnecting with the body through movement and stillness. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Denver Yoga Underground in 2022, followed by a 40-hour Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Training through Buffalo + Sparrow Yoga Collective in 2023. I’ve also completed specialized workshops on the Koshas (the five layers of awareness in yogic philosophy), Yoga Nidra (a guided meditative rest practice), and Yoga and Pregnancy with Kari Kwinn at White Lotus.
My classes invite students to listen inward, honor their own pace, and explore practices that promote presence, grounding, and integration. Whether through gentle movement, breathwork, or the deep stillness of Yoga Nidra, my goal is to offer accessible and choice-based experiences that support embodied awareness.
In October 2025, I will begin a formal two-year program to become a Certified Yoga Therapist, with expected completion in May 2027. A yoga teacher is trained to guide group or individual classes focused on general well-being, using postures, breathwork, and meditation to promote physical and mental health. A yoga therapist, on the other hand, has additional training to apply yoga techniques in a more individualized, clinical context, often working one-on-one to address specific health conditions, mental health conditions, or recovery goals as part of an integrative treatment plan. I’m excited to continue deepening my understanding of how yoga can support well-being across physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions. We all need moments to reconnect. I’d love to share the possibilities of trauma-sensitive yoga and Yoga Nidra with you. You can learn more in depth about me as a teacher here.
