As a trauma specialist and an integral part of The Catalyst Center’s Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) team, Allison brings both clinical precision and a deep curiosity about the human experience to her work. She is dedicated to evidence-based practices and emerging research in psychedelic medicine. Having witnessed profound shifts in thinking and symptom relief in her clients, she believes in the healing potential of KAP—and in each person’s natural capacity for growth and connection.

Allison’s aim is to empower you and inspire your curiosity about yourself. Her work centers around people ready to get unstuck from old patterns and heal from the past, guided by the belief that we all have the potential to live with a deeper sense of love, connection, and appreciation for life’s unfolding.

Getting Unstuck with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

As a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider, Allison offers a specialized approach to healing through Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Her practice is particularly attuned to individuals grappling with the effects of trauma and PTSD, navigating the complexities of eating disorders, and those facing identity challenges, pervasive loneliness, anxiety, or professional burnout.

Allison’s expertise lies in creating a supportive, transformative space that facilitates profound personal growth and resilience. By integrating KAP’s unique therapeutic properties, she helps clients break through barriers, fostering a renewed sense of self and empowerment in their journey toward wellness.

For Allison, this work is deeply connected to something she has observed throughout her clinical career: that healing often involves reconnecting with a sense of something greater than ourselves. Whether that shows up as a feeling of transcendence, a moment of awe in nature, or a sudden sense of being deeply connected—KAP can help open those doors.

Curiosity, Connection, and Spiritual Exploration

Allison’s approach to healing is grounded in something she has come to understand through years of clinical work: spirituality—however a person defines it—often plays a key role in recovery. As she describes it:

“I didn’t set out to study spirituality intentionally; my goal was to support those struggling, which cultivated a widened perspective and desire to understand human resilience. Over time, I noticed that spirituality often played a key role in healing.”

For Allison, spirituality is not about any one religion or belief system. It is about each person’s subjective experience—a feeling of transcendence or awe, an inspiring moment of connection with something greater, whether that’s a higher power, nature, or even the shared energy felt at a sporting event. She believes our brains are naturally inclined toward this kind of awareness, and that engaging with it leads to resilience, optimism, determination, and creativity.

In Allison’s words: “This connection helps us feel more fulfilled and at home in our body and in the world, guiding us to build stronger relationships and make better decisions. It shifts us from feeling lonely and isolated to feeling connected and compassionate.”

She draws inspiration from Albert Einstein’s invitation to “never cease to stand like curious children before the Great Mystery into which we were born.” For Allison, that childlike curiosity is central to her therapeutic work—and to the healing process itself.

Hear From Allison

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy offers something rare — the opportunity to access parts of yourself that traditional talk therapy alone may not reach. In our KAP work together, I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what comes up during sessions without judgment, no matter how unexpected or intense. I pride myself on meeting you exactly where you are in that process.

So often, we carry old patterns, painful memories, and protective walls that keep us stuck. KAP can help loosen the grip of those patterns, opening a window for real shifts in how you relate to yourself and your experiences. My role is to guide you through that window — with curiosity, care, and clinical expertise.

I believe that each of us has a natural ability to connect with something greater and feel the energy that surrounds us. KAP often opens the door to that kind of connection — moments of clarity, compassion, or a felt sense of wholeness that can be deeply healing. When we tap into that part of ourselves, we see the world more clearly and feel a deeper sense of compassion — for ourselves and for each other. That belief shapes everything I do in this work.

Witnessing my clients break free from what has held them back — and step into a life that feels more open, more connected, and more their own — is what drives my passion for this work. Walking alongside you in that process is truly an honor.
