As a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider, Dr. Katie Godfrey is passionate about incorporating KAP to support clients in their personal and spiritual growth, helping them explore their values, belief systems, and core self, and integrate these discoveries into their lives. In couples therapy, KAP serves as a powerful tool to uncover blocks to intimacy and address negative core beliefs, fostering deeper insight into both individual and relational dynamics. She also works with clients experiencing burnout, helping them reconnect with themselves and their partners on a more profound level.

Hear from Katie

In my work with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and direct environment for my clients. Building meaningful connections is at the heart of what I do, and I aim to ensure that you feel deeply cared for throughout your journey of transformation. I believe that this process is a unique opportunity for growth, and I’m committed to helping you make the most of it.

My approach to KAP is rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, along with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with Treatment-Resistant Depression, members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, those dealing with burnout and vicarious trauma, and anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual development and personal growth.

I understand that every individual’s experience with trauma is unique, which is why I sometimes recommend a lower dose of Ketamine—either intramuscular (IM) or in lozenge form—especially for those with a history of trauma. This lower-dose KAP can be integrated with modalities like EMDR or sand-tray therapy, allowing us to explore your inner landscape in a safe and supportive way. Together, we can work towards unlocking deeper insights and facilitating meaningful healing in your life.
