Autumn brings a unique blend of medical expertise, intuitive insight, and spiritual depth to her role at The Catalyst Center. With more than a decade of experience as a certified medical assistant—including work in urgent care, family medicine, and psychiatry—she offers calm, capable support to clients and team members alike. Currently pursuing her graduate degree to become a therapist, Autumn is deeply committed to the healing process—both her own and that of the clients she serves.

Her thoughtful, heart-centered approach and deep understanding of trauma-informed care make her an invaluable presence in both clinical and therapeutic spaces. Whether coordinating care for our psychiatry clients or supporting clients in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Autumn is someone who meets each person with compassion, curiosity, and grounded presence.

As the Medical Assistant and administrative point person for our integrative psychiatry team, Autumn plays a vital role in ensuring that clients receive seamless, high-quality care. She supports both of our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BCs), helping to manage clinical operations, facilitate communication, and address the needs of clients with clarity and warmth. Autumn’s medical training, attention to detail, and calm demeanor help create a steady foundation for our psychiatry services to thrive.

Integral Member of Our Ketamine Assisted Therapy Team

Autumn is also a key member of our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) team. In this role, she supports both the medical and therapeutic aspects of care. She assists with medical safety by checking vitals, administering ketamine (including intramuscular injections), and coordinating with therapists to ensure seamless preparation and follow-up for each client journey.

Autumn also sits with existing Catalyst clients during their ketamine treatment sessions. She offers a calm, regulated presence in the room, helping clients feel safe, supported, and grounded throughout their ketamine journeys. Her personal experience with meditation, traditional astrology, neural reprogramming, and mindfulness informs how she holds space—attuned, steady, and nonjudgmental.

She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, those navigating complex trauma, and clients seeking to integrate psychedelic or spiritual experiences. Autumn’s capacity to hold deep presence with gentleness and care allows clients to feel truly seen and supported in their healing process.

 Hear From Autumn

“Healing is personal—it’s not something linear or one-size-fits-all. I believe in creating space for each person’s unique process and honoring the rhythm of their inner work. My own journey has shown me that the deepest transformation often comes from tending to what is beneath the surface—the unconscious, the energetic, the intuitive. Psychedelic healing can offer a window into those parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten how to access, but the work doesn’t end there. We must integrate, take responsibility, and choose growth again and again.

In my journey, I have often used astrology, psychedelics, human design, and neural reprogramming. These practices are meant to be tools—powerful and beautiful additions to a person’s healing journey, but not replacements or ultimate solutions. I view astrology as a tool for empowerment; by understanding our strengths and challenges, we can use that insight to make more aligned choices. Similarly, psychedelic healing can help us access deep unconscious wisdom that isn’t always available in everyday awareness.

For these modalities to serve as tools rather than crutches, we must approach them as supportive elements in our lives—not as cures or answers on their own. Astrology isn’t meant to dictate our path, and psychedelics aren’t a shortcut to healing. I believe we are the creators of our own lives, and these practices can complement the other work we’re doing, helping us move forward with greater clarity and intention.

During ketamine sessions, my role is to be a calm, regulated presence. I’m here to witness, to hold space, and to reflect back your inner strength and truth. I’ve seen clients shift in small but powerful ways—new insights, increased self-awareness, and more agency in their daily lives. Those little shifts ripple out and become lasting change.

My hope is that you feel safe with me—safe to explore, to be honest, to rest, and to reconnect with your inner wisdom.”
