Rekindling Intimacy

Rekindling Intimacy

rekindling emotion

Couples commonly lose touch with one another over the course of their relationship due to life stress. Couples start to feel stuck and like they keep having the same argument over and over again, one week about the dishes and the next week about the children’s education. Couples therapy is a great place to understand where the disconnection is occurring and learn to repair after arguments and reconnect again.

We can help you to disrupt the cycle you are stuck in and understand your part in the pattern. We can help you to learn how to change this unhelpful pattern and enjoy one another again.

Physical and emotional intimacy are closely linked. We can help you explore any emotional issues that might be transferring into the physical intimacy in the relationship so that you can reconnect and rediscover the initial spark that brought you together.
