Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy: An Opportunity for Deeper Healing
AJ believes that Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers a unique opportunity for profound exploration and transformation. She believes KAP is an innovative approach that creates space for more profound work, allowing your brain to form new connections and perspectives. Often described as a “power washing” for the mind, ketamine-assisted therapy offers an effective means to break through barriers and get unstuck, enabling you to see things from a fresh vantage point.
AJ enjoys working with clients who creatives feeling blocked or those grappling with Family of Origin (FOO) issues and navigating complex family dynamics. Whether you’re a creative seeking inspiration or someone ready to embark on inner healing, AJ is here to support you every step, providing the tools and guidance needed for profound growth and insight.
Hear from AJ
I believe in a collaborative approach that helps you build up positives rather than focus on negatives. You’ll smile and laugh while you learn new ways to deal with challenges, both external and internal. If that sounds like jargon and nonsense to you – don’t worry. I love working with people who are new to therapy and promise it will all make sense as we go.
Things might be tough right now, but this is just one chapter in your life. Together we’ll get insight into your origin story and develop tools and skills you need to move forward, with a lot of support along the way. My job is to be in that beautiful mess with you, listening, helping, guiding, while we work to help you rewrite your story.
